Hiya everyone! Today I have a sweet little layout to share with you all, with just a couple of snippets of my home.
We built this home back in 1995 and we're still there. We planted native gardens so they'd be easy care, and through winter it all gets a little overgrown. Until the first signs of Spring when my hubby gets the mower fired up and mows the lawns so we can find the garden beds! It won't be long until all the native flowers are in bloom!
I made a ruffle for another project and had some left over, the wonderful thing about using papers printed on both sides is you can just turn it over and you've got a whole new pattern! Luckily this one was just perfect for this page.
One of the things I love about Donna's Paper Pads is the cut out element sheets. It's got lots of fabulous embellishments and words, all perfectly matched to the papers in the collection. For this layout I have cut out some of the cute clouds and the "Home" title from the "Family Jeans" Collection.
I liked the simple look to this one, so only added a few small flowers cut using Donna's Bitty Blossoms Die from Spellbinders. I have used some of the Mulberry paper from the Mix'd Media Stax 2 and some offcuts from Donna's Antiquities and Spring in Bloom papers.
Thanks for stopping by today! See you again soon...
